Performance

Now let’s have a look at the performance of the Q7. This SUV is thrilling to drive and tends to outperform its rivals. The big V6 engine is powerful and yet refined. Nimble around corners, the Q7 is a delight to drive.

The Audi Q7 comes with a 3.0 liter V6 engine that delivers 333 horspower. It uses an 8-speed automatic transmission and gets an estimated 19 mpg in the city and 25 mpg on the highway. Fuel economy is better than average for this class.

“The Q7’s eight-speed automatic transmission is a plus, shifting smoothly and quickly enough to go unnoticed. I’ll take it. In an age where gear-laden transmissions often obstruct performance, an eight-speed that keeps to itself is a good thing.” – Cars.com

The powerful V6 engine has enough muscle to overtake at highway speeds and accerlerate quietly and quickly. The Q7 has a towing capacity of 7,700 lbs.
