For starters the 2017 Toyota Camry is priced about the same as last year’s model but comes with plenty of additional equipment to keep car enthusiasts and drivers happy. There are a couple of different trims to choose from, the LE, SE, XSE and XLE, but the mid to upper levels get wireless phone charging, infotainment display and navigation.
The 2017 Toyota Camry is a four-cylinder sedan with a price range starting from $23,905 and an extra $5,000 if you want to upgrade to the V-6 model.
The 2017 Camry is available in 10 different colors including midnight black, super white, celestial silver, predawn gray, cosmic gray, ruby flare, creme brulee, parisian night pearl, blizzard pearl and blue streak.
All the Camry trims come with a 2.5 Liter, 4 cylinder 6-speed engine. Top speed is 126 mph and it does 0-60 in 5.8 seconds. The LE comes with 16-in allow wheels, the XLE and SE with 17-in and the XSE with 18-in machined alloy wheels. All trims are front-wheel drive with MacPherson strut front suspension and fas-filled shock absorbers. Turning circle is 36.7 ft.
Ten airbags are included for the driver and front passenger with rear sear-mounted airbags and side curtain airbags for protection from all angles.The steering column is collapsible to absorb energy in the case of a crash. An anti-theft package is available as an optional extra for the higher trims.
The estimated MPG for the 2017 Toyota Camry is 24 MPG in the city and 33 MPG on the highway for a combined MPG of 27. The 2017 Camry has a height of 57.9 in., width of 71.7 in. and a length of 190.9 in.
The Camry features some nifty technology including wireless charging. All you need to do is place your phone on the non-slip surface and let it charge up. An infotainment touch display on the dashboard gives you access to music, restaurant reservations, movie tickets, traffic, weather, the latest sports scores and fuel prices. This can also be used to display the Nav system showing you real-time information on the current traffic flow.
The Camry LE and SE come with fabric front seats and an 8-way adjustable drivers seat. The XLE and XSE have leather trimmed heated front seats. Rear seats can be folded down and include a center cup holder with armrest. Cruise control is standard on all trims while the LE and XLE have a wood-grain interior and the SE and XSE feature a silver interior trim.
The 2017 Toyota Camry has a price starting from $23,070 for the four-cylinder model. If you want to upgrade to the V-6 and add all of the trimmings then you’re looking at a price of around $33,000.
